Its an east to use interface I have ordered acrylic for several projects. I really wish shipping prices were lower, even if slower all ground service. I am usually not in a hurry and shipping is very expensive.

Professional Plastics is great if you want to get something quickly, so long as it is in stock. There are many options online but only some stocked, it doesn't tell you. Don't bother emailing or the get a quote button online. Only call, that is the only way they will get back to you.

i processed the order with the salesman and he did not place the order even though I was very explicit with the need to have it overnighted or get it as fast as possible. he contacted my customer directly and changed my order -which is a complete violation especially after I told him that I am his only contact. I have never been so disappointed with any other vendor

My previous orders were significantly delayed, and every time I called, I was given a different delivery estimate. This is unacceptable. I am paying a substantial extra fee for expedited delivery, and I expect you to honor your commitment this time. Any further delays should result in a full refund of the additional shipping charges.

I was really happy because I had made an online inquiry and the gentleman contacted me fairly quickly and ended up talking to him on the phone and he was able to get an order and also tell me about some services that were offered without charge. The cutting of the acrylic that I was purchasing and this was really great and the price came in a lot lower than what I thought it was going to be

I found that the website was "average" -not too difficult to navigate, but not very intuitive either. I started my inquiry online-sent a message-it was never answered. I called and after two attempts got a response. Not a great purchasing experience.

The sales rep, Jamison Radder, was incredible. Answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns immediatly. That made this entire experience flawless. The Checkout process was super easy and the product costs were relative to other suppliers.

Honestly, this order was started directly with sales 3 weeks ago and it never got placed especially when I said several times it is urgent and needs to be overnighted ASAP. Now the order just got done and the ship $23.00 is not even overnight and I was quoted it. Completely unacceptable. you should pay to have the order overnighted today!

I have been using Boedecker, Dallas is closer, was in hurry, BIG mistake, 10 days later still has not shipped (From Denver) got nailed with a $50 plus shipping charge, Boedecker was $20.00. ) Then this fucking survey said I get a free 1 yr subscribition to INC Maz, then they want my CC info for a $2.00 charge which very likely will auto renew for Big $$$ (surprise on CC in a few months) hell no I am not happy with Professional Plastic's or the TRY on my CC. Consider my purchase a 1 shot deal Bye!

Overall the online experience was much more pleasant than trying to communicate with a live person. They are always so busy, which is good for them but not so good for the customer. I will be doing my ordering online from now on, it was fast and easy.

The transaction overall was ok, but I encountered some issues in trying to call the NY office by phone when I hadn't heard anything back for a few days after sending in my order info. When I dialed the main #, it would just ring and ring, with no option to leave a voicemail or anything. When I did finally get someone to answer after multiple call attempts, I asked to be connected with my salesperson, but again it just rang and rang with no option to leave a message or to be placed on hold. So I'd review your phone procedures and equipment to help customers avoid these frustrations.

I do not usually purchase directly from the site. I reach out to an inside sales contact to quote then finish the purchase online. Its pretty easy but I am less familiar with the options you offer and I am most comfortable starting with a human that is educated on your product.
