I kept getting an error when trying to register. I sent an email to them and they responded before I woke up. most websites don't even respond. within one day they sent me a temporary password to log in. they know what they're doing and they don't play games. I just bought an engine. lets see how this turns out. the web has good things to say about these folks, I anticipate a good experience.

First off i picked two colors and got neither one!!! Second the quality of it wasn't what I thought it would be and lastly I practically had to build half the ATV in order to complete it for service.

The order was processed very quickly and delivered ahead of schedule. The only issue was some plastic damage in the shipping process but was addressed and a new plastic was shipped immediately. I would recommend if this is a frequent issue to put pipe insulation or pool noodles on the metal shipping frame. We will have to see what the longevity of the bike will be but so far I am satisfied with my purchase and will probably buy one for myself this spring.

Bang for your buck you can’t beat it, I bought in bulk and definitely saved on shipping my first 2 bikes I purchased were random fb advertisements and the quality didn’t quite compare, I’ve been looking for years on your website very hard to navigate on a phone but I’ll be buying some 4 wheelers possibly golf cart in the future only place I’m going to from now on think you should start selling heavy machinery lots of sceptics in that including myself but I now own a few from random shady sellers I’d rather buy from a place I trust a little more

The bike is what I expected. Works good for what I wanted it for. The shipping didn’t take very long to get here. Easy to set up if pay attention to the instructions. The motor does make a bit of a whine, but this is my first E bike. Just need to get used to it.

Product arrived right on time. The driver called ahead of time to make sure I was going to be home which I thought was nice, because I wanted to make sure it arrived safely without damage. The bike wasn't all that difficult to put together and it seems to be a great little bike!

Bike arrived missing the entire bag of fasteners. I paid 2k and waited almost 2 weeks for a bike ill probably have to wait 2 more weeks or MORE before it is usable. Keep asking for updates. Took days to get an automated response abojt thanking me for my time and patience. After already explaining I didnt exactly have a lot. No mounting hardware. And no springs to assemble braking system. Unfortunately I really wouldn't recommend it to any friends of mine which is sad. Because j had two buddies asking if I had a good experience with them since the bike was a good price. And had to explain it was worth paying the little extra to go with a different company. I dont think for a purchase that expensive thag checking the box first to make sure critical components are that hard. Really the bigger issue is its been days. Bike came Thursday. Its now monday. And not getting a straight answer. Still completely unresolved. Just an automated message thanking me for patience I dont really have. If you dont have a month-month and a half to sit around waiting for the product you paid for oli would not reccomend. Common decency would at LEAST be an actual email and bot some automated message. Bike does look nice though and sits high. Built what I could of it while I'm waiting but can't remotely drive it

I understand the need to eliminate fraudulent charges and purchases. However the hoops that we had to jump through because a billing address was different from the shipping address and the time it took to resolve resulted in us canceling the order under the one name and ordering under someone else who had all information matching. Also, we wouldn't get communication until late at night when we were closed so we only responded to requests the next day which took even longer for both orders to be processed which was also the reason we canceled the first order and replaced it.

Dirt bike is awesome, however I did need to swap out the carb, I wasnt able to get it jetted properly. Once I did that the bike runs amazing.

I Really love the ATV. It not come with a manual to full assemble it. I call customer service and was informed to email the order number and they will email the complete assemble manual. I have not received it yet. Please help 🙏🏾

I live in Illinois I called power sport to ask about a missing bolt and nut that holds the suspension in place. It was not in the bag with all the part. I forgot the power sport is located in California and there is a two hour time difference. As I was moving the bike around. The bolt fell from wherever it was placed, but I did not leave a message. The company called me back as soon as their office opened and stated that they had a missed call from my phone number which I thought was impressive, considering the fact I did not leave a message. I appreciate the customer support even without leaving my contact information or the reason why I might have been calling. It was a positive experience and I would recommend this company to anyone that asks me.

Everything about this purchase was smooth. The only issue I had was with the MCO. However, this was my fault and not the dealers. The customer service was excellent! Highly recommend

Price was great, shipping was excellent, bike is way better quality than I expected, slight hiccup with the mirrors being threaded wrong but I believe that is being fixed. Fingers crossed the mco can be changed so I can register it. But still a great deal even if I can’t.
