Speedometer on unit does not work. Also, hardware was missing used to attach the by-pod kick stand. I have called customer service and left message and also e-mailed tech support and have not received a reply to my request.

The speedometer does not work. The heat light is at 2 bars on startup. So it pegs out to red but not overheated. Rest of gaging seems fine. Was pretty dissapointed. Speedometer especially.

I just love xpros and I do love the site. My ex ordered his first little bike from here. He’s grown like 3ft and needs a new bike for his birthday.. there was no option for you guys to put it together for me but I don’t know how I will do it lol. And none of my coupons would work.

I had been looking to buy a dirt bike for my son for several weeks with not much luck due to the size of bike and pricing was to high. I came across powersportmax through the web search and was able to find a 250cc dirt bike within the price range I was looking for. The price was lower then most used bikes. Once I received the bike my son started riding and really enjoys it, The dirt bike has great power and handles very well, better then I expected. I will purchase all my ATVs/UTVs from powersportmax from now on.

The gearbox i ordered is an exact fit. I would have rather have ordered only the clutch drum because that was the only thing broken. But this one part is not available. Sigh.

I did not order anything. I wanted to inquire about buying parts, being put on a wait list for an out of stock item but you wouldn’t let me because you needed proof I bought a motorcycle from you but I did not buy a motorcycle from you. Worst system ever! After the system failed, I wrote an email. Same BS. I was asked for an order number. Can I not buy parts from you if I didn’t buy a motorcycle from you? That is just crazy you refuse new customers and sales.
