I needed to return 4 bowls as I purchased the wrong size. The return shipping would have been more than twice the price of the 5 bowls I purchased. Even though I was exchanging, there was no option for help with return shipping or anything. I’m getting the last item I need to complete my set, which is finally in stock, not on any sale, and I can’t get any discount even on shipping. People like to feel that they got a deal, especially in this economy. This will probably be my final purchase, ending generations of my family dining in Pfaltzgraff.

I was very excited to order the outdoor version of Pfaltzgraff’s iconic Heritage pattern dinnerware. My aunt had this pattern, and I associate it with good times together. Food always looks beautifully presented on it, and the quality is exceptional as one expects from Pfaltzgraff.
