I have ordered several styles of luncheon plates only in the last several months. Rather than spend money an entire set of dishes, I use mainly the 8" or 9" plates. I would recommend your company because you sell quality plates. I realize not all of your dinnerware sets, sell just 8" or 9" plates separately, but some sellers do. I love your selection and prices. Your company has quality products and great to do business with!!

I’ve truly enjoyed becoming a collector of Pfaltzgraff items. I now own many vintage pieces. I love the timeless style of the Tea Rose and Winterberry collections. The vintage and contemporary pieces blend beautifully together. That’s a testament to quality!

Absolutely beautiful set of dishes. They arrived in a short amount of time. There was a daily time line on the shipping and location. These dishes arrived completely in tact. The entire set was triple boxed so as not to arrived damaged. Im so impressed and the quality was top notch.

The variety of mugs I ordered from Pfaltzgraff were very good quality and affordable. I had one issue with one mug and customer service was outstanding in correcting the problem. All of the mugs I purchased are outstanding, just the right size for my full cup of coffee, great quality, and beautiful to look at! Thank you kindly.

I love my dishes - I have had my rio dishes for over 30 years and still love them - still need to replace a few chipped bowls otherwise love them! Not happy with ups did not follow delivery instructions

I feel confident choosing Pfaltzgraff because I know they stand behind their products. I rarely have a problem, but when a dish comes cracked, it has always been replaced promptly—often by Pfaltzgraff going above and beyond to do so. Customer service is top notch.

I got some money saved up been wanting to order more pieces to my pistoulet collection. I really wanted to larger soup bowl but it was out of stock. I contacted customer service to let them know my order was shipped timely and without any breakage. The order was packed very secure with bubble wrap and boxes inside of big box and marked fragile. CS informed me more bowls would be in stock mid August along with the large coffee mugs. Pfalzgraff sure is careful with there shipments and excellent CS getting back to me about a concern. I would recommend you checking their collections out they have lots of varieties and a sale going on now.

I purchased a pie server. When it arrived it had multiple scratches on the tip, surface & handle of the pie server. I had not removed it from the box yet and I could see the various scratches clearly. I called the customer service phone number and spoke with a representative. He said he would send an email to me where I could sent pictures of the scratches on the pie server. Then the company would determine if they would replace or refund the pie server. I sent the photos. And was asked what I would like, a refund or a replacement item. I chose to have a refund. They refunded my purchase price plus the tax & shipping which I had requested. All in all, the refund process was streamline. I would have been disappointed if I was buying this pie server as a gift for someone else and would have requested a replacement. If someone asked me about making a future purchase with Pfaltzgraff, I would advise them to carefully check their purchases for flaws immediately when the items arrive should they need a replacement in a timely manner.

I have not been in a position to tell anyone. I used some of my plastic plates at a work lunch get together and I asked if they like my plates (because I love them!) and my boss said "they are cute. When I went to pick up a plate, I expected it to be heavier". This is because the quality is so good and the picture on them are so vivid. They look just like the stoneware plates that I bought in that same pattern. My mom had collected the whole Yorketown set years ago and I never really wanted the set (I could have ended up with all of it had I wanted it). Then I would say about a year ago I just started collecting pieces and ended up buying some newer pieces that I could use. The way everything was packaged when it arrived was very impressive.Some boxes that came were is such bad shape that I took pictures of them because I was sure that what was inside was broken. Not one chip or anything! The thickness of everything is not like the older stuff but it still is super nice. When you are eating out of a plate or drinking out of a mug, you feel the quality. I also bought some silverware that has lobsters on them (for outings and pot lucks). They were priced right for what they are. They are not super great quality, but the price was perfect for what they are; like I said. And they are so cute. I intend to use them on our next work luchon and I am sure that I will get comments on them. From the ease of ordering to the amazing packing to the quality... I am certain to buy over and over again from Pfaltzgraff and will highly recommend them to others.

They are lovely but way too narrow for corn on the cob even when using conr holders. Not pleased and will probably give them away and try to find some better corn on the cob plates somewhere else. These were supposed to make it easier to plate and eat corn on the cob but alas they make it more difficult

I inherited a compete pfaltzgraff filigree dish set from my parents and needed to replace worn dishes. The ordering process was convenient and delivery was quick! Loving my set and hope to enjoy for another generation to come. Truly hoping that the Filigree patter ln remains in production.

Our order was received as expected and email communication was good; however, part of our order was not included and there was no communication about that at all. I called customer service and was told the rest of the order would be arriving in a day or two. Its not a problem that it arrived separately, but up front communication letting us know that would be the case should have taken place.

I followed the directions for a damaged shipment for customer service. I receive an almost immediate replay, indicating the broken items would be replace and send out ASAP. I was also advised what to do with the damaged merchandise, which made the transaction complete. This made the transaction easy/pezy. Thankyou

Some items were broken in transit. I sent pictures, 3 times, and eventually got the items replaced. There was a lag in communication but all is well. I am pleased with my dish set. They are as advertised.

I owned 12 place settings plus all the extra pieces created of the Yorktowne pattern when they originally came out. I loved them then and was happy to see that they were still available today. I was disappointed to see that some pieces were not available... extra-large soup toureen with lid and ladle that fit into place in the lid opening, I would buy it for serving chilli, shrimp creole, beef stew, etc. I owned the sugar and creamer, the napkin holder, etc. I would also buy an extra-large platter for holiday turkeys, hams. I had the canisters with wooden lids also. Please consider going back to producing pieces that were popular decades ago. Consumers are tossing all plastics, aluminum, and enameled items and returning to stoneware, glass, and ceramics. We are cooking from scratch, bypassing the toxic processed food isles. We are baking sourdough bread, choosing not to eat pesticide laden grains ultra-processed in a factory in record time. I remember the loaf pan̈ and baking dishes... 8X8 and 9X13 in the Yorktowne pattern also. I loved the deep blue goblets and glasses too. I haven't found any glassware that comes close to what you originally had. I remember the napkin holders for I divudual place setting too. I had fabric napkins and matching tablecloth in a plaid... like Burberry, but in the Yorktowne colors with a dash of light gray I believe. I hope you expand the Yorktowne line and go where your customers are headed. Many customers add crystals of Celtic Salt to their water at mealtime also. Pure Organic Celtic Salt has larger granules and it slightly moist, making it unusable in your salt shaker. Perhaps a small container like a sugar dish with lid? I dissatisfied with the quality. The pattern literally has vanished off the plate. I had to order more luncheon plates as the 2 I had cracked right down the middle and not to mention the silverware gray/black markings don’t wash away. Pfaltzgraff used to make a stoneware cleaner that worked wonderfully. Miss the old Pfaltzgraff. I think at this point I will get rid of my tea rose set and find a new set of every day dishes.
