I own a great deal of Pfaltzgraff dishware in 2 different patterns and wanted to add to my collection with this latest order. Pfaltzgraffhas been my go-to collection of dishware because it was made in the USA and I was reassured by that there would be no lead or other toxic chemicals in its manufacture. This latest order came marked made in Indonesia. I was not aware of the change and don’t feel as comfortable with foreign-made dishware. I am deeply disappointed that this was not advertised. What I will do in the future is seek out older pieces of Pfaltzgraff from Replacements, Inc. or from Facebook marketplace, and make sure that these pieces were made in the USA.

I have had my original Filigree dining place setting since 1989. I love it and have been adding to that set ever since. This time I ordered Filigree serving pieces: serving platter, vegetable serving dishes, sugar and creamer, coffee mugs, plus pasta and soup dishes to complete my original place settings. All the pieces arrived in perfect condition because of the excellent way they were packaged in bubble wrap and extra padding. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Pfaltzgraff to anyone who was looking for dining place settings. Thank you!

Purchased from this company many times and I’ve never had this last order was not correct and I’m still waiting for the correction to arrive. I was excited about my dinnerware selection but was beyond upset when you offered a 10% discount on my first purchase AFTER my order was placed. I know that you may not have planned on new dinnerware, but honestly if you put off getting new dishes you will be sorry. When you have worked hard all week, guests come over to enjoy a meal and complement your beautiful table it will make you feel so good. Spending money on nice dinnerware isn't frivolous. Customer service sucks. Very impolite. You tell me Box 1 has ABCD but only has A. Box 2 has E, but turned out has BCDE. I contact them about Box 1 and they said to wait, but Box 1 clearly said it had ABCDE, so whoever packed it made a mistake.

I love pfaltzgraff - kind of a family thing. The shipping took almost 2 weeks, but was reasonable. Slow compared to amazon, but it's not amazon so... Having to download an app to track the shipments on my phone was ugly. The shop app is NOT intuitive to use at all...but that is their problem but it does reflect somewhat on Pfaltzgraff. I have had to use that app for other orders and it sucked then as well.

I ordered the Trellis White plates to replace a few broken ones. After seeing they were back in stock I ordered 2 sets of 4 dinner plates. They arrived in a timely manner, but 2 of the plates were broken. I sent a picture of the 6 good plates and 2 pictures of the broken plates through email. The next day my email was replied to and I was told that they were mailing out replacements for the 2 broken plates and I could throw the broken plates away.

My only complaint was that my order came in 3 deliveries. The first delivery was only part of what the email said I should receive. The last delivery contained the rest of what I thought I was getting in the first delivery. It was several days between deliveries. All were fine when I received them…nothing broken.

I had fun with my orders. I like the Hen pattern it had just enough county pattern, but could be used in my dinning room as well. I could not wait to get it and when it came I was thrilled with my purchases. I just love it and can’t wait to use it and show it off. I highly recommend Pfaltzgraff.
