Customer service is the best! Very responsive to each inquiry, and request, including cancelling an order, request for a refund on items that went on sale a couple days after placing an order. First order was large enough for 2 parcels. Parcel #2 showed up timely, and a few days later parcel #1 showed up…beaten up by the shipper and shipping process and nothing broken! Oh by the way…Love the quality of Pfaltzgraff dishes!

I remember the first time I saw and fell in love with the simple, creamy white beauty of the Filigree pattern. Its heft exuded quality to me. My wise mother told me when I married I should choose a plain white dinnerware. I didn't agree back then and 30 years later I finally realized I just didn't love my original, expensive stoneware anymore. I just hadn't used it except a very few special occasions where the colors in my chosen pattern made sense. And it wasn't the most popular holidays so there it sat unused for decades. A generous gift one year I purchased my first set. I've kept adding over the years and have service for 12, all the serving pieces, soup and pasta bowls, S&P, butter dish, etc. I use it daily and it works just as hard and beautifully for ALL the holidays too. Christmas is extra special when I bring out and mix it with my mother's lovely china, crystal and gold flatware. Filigree is sweetly simple or gorgeously festive atop a charger and fine linen. My advice to all the young women out there who are looking for a one and done dinnerware service that is affordable, durable, and buildable collection for all the seasons of their life, consider Pfaltzgraff.

I have 4 sets of Pfaltzgraff. All made in America but that is no longer happening and you can tell the difference. The stoneware has lost its character.

I've always liked the Pfaltz products. This order was a replacement order for broken pieces that I already purchased. I bought a set of 8 plus many of the additional pieces. I was super disappointed to see that you no longer carry most of the original offering. I was going to buy more serving plates, etc. It concerns me that I wasn't informed when you were discontinuing, since I own so much of this line. I would have purchased more when I had the chance. I believe for loyal customers it would serve you to have a program that would feel like we made a good buying decision that lasts and has value. I hate the thought that I will have to completely start over when more items break.

I was very disappointed in the fact that the day after I made this order, the bowls went on sale but I had to pay full price. I think the bill should have been adjusted to reflect the sale price. I will not be ordering more in this pattern.

I recommend Pfaltzgraff highly. I especially enjoy their traditional style of the Tea Rose series and the holiday line of the Winterberry. Both are so timeless and classy.

Terrible packaging - some of the silverware got knocked trying to take off the plastic things. Silverware seems very chintzy.

I chose this product because of the variety to choose from. I knew of the product I knew it would be well made. I’d say my only concern was all the dishes, plate, salad plates, bowls, cups, and serving tray were all in one big box making it very heavy and the seal is actually opened at the top. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but that was a little bit concerning. The pattern is beautiful, and I bought them for a wedding present.

Received the square Winterberry dishes. Impressed with the quality and was able to purchase them on sale! The Winterberry Gnome cookie jar beat my expectations. It will bring a festive fun addition to the holiday decor. Looking forward to many more dealings with Pfaltzgraff.

I purchased these pasta bowls specifically to my husband's specifications! He is 3rd generation Italian and makes an incredible pasta sauce, so he wanted just the right serving dish. These fit the bill perfectly! I love them as well and plan on replacing our fiestaware with the rest of the set in the near future!

I ordered 4 platters but received only two. After I contacted Pfaltzgraff, the missing pieces were sent. There is a red/brown streak on the surface of one platter. I informed customer service and sent photos. I was told this was not a production flaw and the item would not be replaced.

I really like the dishes I ordered. The quality is all I hoped it would be. My only issue is that when I need to contact the company about broken dishes occurring during delivery. I am unable to send a photo of the damaged items. I am 79 and my tech skills are limited. I have to have my daughter come over to help me. She’s very good at this stuff but even she was unable to download the photo on to your site. We ended up having to email the company with the photo. We tried many times but your online site would not accept the jpeg photo. However, your company has been excellent at quality resolving any issues I had and immediately sends out replacement pieces.

Excellent service and product I shopped at a Pfaltscraft store 50 years ago in Fairfax Va. I loved your products . I purchased a garden mug for her then a beautiful gardener. It was her favorite mug. After Mom died , I was interested in her beautiful garden mug which I use most often. I was so very excited when I found your company again. I have ordered about 8 mugs so far for family and friends. Our entire family are gardeners. I belong to a garden club where many of my friends are. Everyone has loved my gift so far. I definitely will be ordering more garden mugs. All the products are very well made. The two pieces I ordered in the Madeline pattern did not match each other. That I'm disappointed with. All winterberry pieces are wonderful and beautiful, well made and darling. Overall, I am happy with the quality that Pfaltzgraff continues to maintain.

What a huge disappointment. I was very excited about the dishes I ordered and the price I got. I waited almost 2 weeks and then finally checked on the status of my order. It had not shipped so I reached out to the company. Only then did they tell me my order could not be fulfilled due to lack of stock and refunded my money. There was zero indication of low stock when I ordered and zero communication until I reached out to them. I suspect that my order was canceled because I received such a good price while someone who paid more was fulfilled. I asked them to please find the dishes somewhere and fulfill my order because it was for a special occasion. I received a somewhat curt response that there was no stock and nothing they could do. If only they had told me sooner, perhaps I could have done something about it. I don’t know that I’ve ever dealt with a company that did not say anything about not fulfilling my order until I reached out to them. This is definitely not a good way to do business.

We have maintained a collection of Pfaltzgraff Nature wood pattern dinnerware for many years. Some of the plates had become chipped and I wanted to replace those plates. The plates were available at a good price, so I ordered them.

The dishes, the ordering, and timing were very good , however the box used to ship my 3 orders was light weight and barely held together with 1 tape. Bit top and bottom of box were opening. It was only careful delivery that prevented a disaster. Bringing it into to house was very stressful.
