Pfaltzgraff is online shopping is so easy. I appreciate the emails and rewards program. It is wonderful to get serving pieces to the plates and bowls too. The variety of seasonal items are beautiful.

I had a problem with my credit card which delayed my order. Problem was solved and received my package yesterday. All my goodies were in perfect condition. They are excellent packers.

These are the most beautiful plate setting, they are well made and the color pattern is amazing. They have a nice weight to them and are dishwasher and microwave safe. I also love the size and shape of them. Just get them!!!

My son wanted some new plates as his were all chipped. I told him we need to get him Pfaltzgraff as they are really good quality and will hold up. I reminded him that the dishes I have are Pfaltzgraff and probably 10-15 years old yet mine are not chipped at all. So we went on the Pfaltzgraff site, he found a set he liked. We ordered 2 sets and voila, they were at his house in a couple days. They were packaged very well and they are beautiful. Big step up from college apartment plates!

The salt and pepper shakers were a little smaller than I expected but are lovely and will do the job. They arrived exactly when expected, were packaged very safely and arrived in perfect condition

The Trellis Dishes and Silverware we purchased have met our expectations. We already have the Tea Rose collection for years now and about 30+ years ago had the tan colored ones like the blue (Yorktown)? Have always loved Pfaltzgraff. TY

I received my order in a timely manner, and it was packed very well, but one of the mugs had a chip in it. It is obvious it occurred during the delivery. I sent an email to customer service and they responded very quickly. The apologized and ordered a replacement mug. I received the mug yesterday and it was in perfect condition. The experience with customer service was superior. I would definitely buy from this company again!

Love the options and the quality. Have not opened my latest box that arrived late. Ordered early to take to my dil bridal shower and it arrived 2 days late. The box was opened and torn. Have not looked at it, but will drop it off and hope all is well.

Ordered 8 bowls. 6 arrived together said order complete. Contacted support for missing 2 bowls. Was told they are coming separately. It should have said box 1 of 2. Box 2 was huge and could have fit whole order. No paperwork in box 1 to give a clue that the rest of the order was seperate.

Needed four soup/cereal bowls for a pattern that I purchased 8-10 years ago. The pattern was still available and I ordered a set of 4. The bowls were delivered undamaged and within the delivery timeframe. Good job!

I had purchased oversized coffee cups and loved them so I decided to get Cambria dinner plates, Taos salad plates and Rustic leaf bowls. The plates are all gorgeous and great quality. The bowls don't quite match, so I may return them. One plate was received broken and C/S was wonderful, quickly replied to my email and sent me a replacement. Over all I am very happy with my order and would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Thank you Pfaltzgraff.

My daughter checked Marketplace for used dishes in my pattern, but the quantity was not right and the quality of used is often uncertain, so we ordered direct from Pfaltzgraff for new and the shipping cost was far less than expected. I'm very pleased!

Happy with availability and delivery. Disappointed that the bowls with the same named pattern differ from the ones I have. Also, dissatisfied that while my existing pieces say they’re manufactured in the USA, the ones I bought are manufactured in China.

My new Trellis dishes are beautiful and perfect for my Florida home. I’ve had nothing but phalzgraph dishes most of my life, and always pass the old on when I buy new. Love them but would like to see more accessories for the Trellis line

I have ordered several styles of luncheon plates only in the last several months. Rather than spend money an entire set of dishes, I use mainly the 8" or 9" plates. I would recommend your company because you sell quality plates. I realize not all of your dinnerware sets, sell just 8" or 9" plates separately, but some sellers do. I love your selection and prices. Your company has quality products and great to do business with!!

I’ve truly enjoyed becoming a collector of Pfaltzgraff items. I now own many vintage pieces. I love the timeless style of the Tea Rose and Winterberry collections. The vintage and contemporary pieces blend beautifully together. That’s a testament to quality!

Absolutely beautiful set of dishes. They arrived in a short amount of time. There was a daily time line on the shipping and location. These dishes arrived completely in tact. The entire set was triple boxed so as not to arrived damaged. Im so impressed and the quality was top notch.

The variety of mugs I ordered from Pfaltzgraff were very good quality and affordable. I had one issue with one mug and customer service was outstanding in correcting the problem. I love my dishes - I have had my rio dishes for over 30 years and still love them - still need to replace a few chipped bowls otherwise love them! Not happy with ups did not follow delivery instructions

I feel confident choosing Pfaltzgraff because I know they stand behind their products. I rarely have a problem, but when a dish comes cracked, it has always been replaced promptly—often by Pfaltzgraff going above and beyond to do so. Customer service is top notch.

I got some money saved up been wanting to order more pieces to my pistoulet collection. I really wanted to larger soup bowl but it was out of stock. I contacted customer service to let them know my order was shipped timely and without any breakage. The order was packed very secure with bubble wrap and boxes inside of big box and marked fragile. CS informed me more bowls would be in stock mid August along with the large coffee mugs. Pfalzgraff sure is careful with there shipments and excellent CS getting back to me about a concern. I would recommend you checking their collections out they have lots of varieties and a sale going on now.
