I went to this website looking for forks in a specific pattern. I did not find them but did find iced tea spoons in that pattern and I was very happy with that. They came beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. Tracking was excellent

2 plates were delivered chipped. Customer service was useless. Wanted pictures of box? Had already thru away. So now I’m stuck with 2 chipped plates. Very disappointed.

Discount would not apply without a call to customer service. The shop.com checkout was frustrating and took me days to get it to work. Shipping (which I paid for) took two weeks. Ridiculous

I love the pattern of rustic leaves, and the set is perfect for everyday and special occasion use. I had a quick question regarding the serveware but it was resolved quickly.

Have used the product in excess of 30 years. This selection adds brightness to the dinner table. Disappointed there is not a full complement of table items (serving platters, meat plates, and sugar bowl) to complete the dinnerware set. M Hopefully additional items will be made available in the future.

The ordering process was easy. Shipping was slow. Product was disappointing as it does not feel like quality I'm looking for. I'll now have to pay for shipping as I don't want this product.

I happened on Pfaltzgraff’s website and found silverware and a great wooden party tray. I only thought they had dishes. They are good quality and wooden party has a nice top. I have the Villa del Luna dish set and I love them. Try it!

Excellent customer service. A bowl was damaged. Customer support helped and resolved the problem immediately. A replacement bowl is being mailed. Thank you.

I need a phone # for customer service, so I can return a few items. I really do miss the original Pfaltzgraff magazine. It was filled with short stories of how some pieces were made and fired or glazed, it had recipes in it, and short articles about the employees and their histories. Information about when a specific piece was going to be retired and the history on how it was made. The purchase magazine offered so much more of a variety of different products, clearance items and such.

They shorted me two plates and would not believe me. I told them to check with the staff that packaged the items. They wanted me to prove it with pictures of the box and items I did get? How can you prove I was shorted by pictures. Dah! If I am dishonest I would exclude said missing items. Anyway, I had trashed all of the boxes because I could not see how that would necessary. I have purchased 2 complete sets over the years, but will no longer be Pfalzgraff customer, if this is how they treat customers.

Never buy anything from Pfaltzgraff from their website. You have to pay for shipping when you send things back if you do not like them or if they do not match. It is easier to go to a store where you can just go and return them and get your money back correctly without paying a whole bunch of money on shipping. We had to pay $80 to send this back. It cost more than what the plates actually cost.

I love Pfaltzgraff. I was introduced to the brand during my retail years in the 1970's and know the quality and variety. I love how you can buy open stock pieces to add to your collection. That is what I was doing with this order as several of my pieces of everyday dishes were either broken or chipped. I am VERY happy that this is an option. Pfaltzgraff has so many different patterns that you should be able to find something that you will love.

I purchased a full set of dishes over christmas holidays and your ser provided many different size dishes, however, what was perceived as being a salad bowl is so large it could be used for serving dish. tried to find salad bowl and sugar/cream set within the pattern with no avail Just purchased what I thought might work as salad pasta bowls and sure enough they are pasta BOWLS! It just seems unbelievable that with so many choices in the same pattern you would not have a normal salad bowl and sugar/creamer

These are different than the old bowls that I bought years ago. I like the old ones better. They are not shiny like the new ones that are made in China!

The shipping box was in terrible condition. However, the bubble wrap successfully protected the mugs. Also, I do not understand why it takes so long to actually ship after placing the order. Once it is shipped, it gets here quickly and the tracking is useful.

Received my new Pfaltzgraff Filigree dinnerware timely and with no damage. I made contact with customer service when I found one plate had a minor defect. The issue was handled professionally and with courtesy. I absolutely am in love with the new dishes,

These are the most beautiful plate setting, they are well made and the color pattern is amazing. They have a nice weight to them and are dishwasher and microwave safe. I also love the size and shape of them. Just get them!!!

My son wanted some new plates as his were all chipped. I told him we need to get him Pfaltzgraff as they are really good quality and will hold up. I reminded him that the dishes I have are Pfaltzgraff and probably 10-15 years old yet mine are not chipped at all. So we went on the Pfaltzgraff site, he found a set he liked. We ordered 2 sets and voila, they were at his house in a couple days. They were packaged very well and they are beautiful. Big step up from college apartment plates!

The Trellis Dishes and Silverware we purchased have met our expectations. We already have the Tea Rose collection for years now and about 30+ years ago had the tan colored ones like the blue (Yorktown)? Have always loved Pfaltzgraff. TY

I received my order in a timely manner, and it was packed very well, but one of the mugs had a chip in it. It is obvious it occurred during the delivery. I sent an email to customer service and they responded very quickly. The apologized and ordered a replacement mug. I received the mug yesterday and it was in perfect condition. The experience with customer service was superior. I would definitely buy from this company again!

Love the options and the quality. Have not opened my latest box that arrived late. Ordered early to take to my dil bridal shower and it arrived 2 days late. The box was opened and torn. Have not looked at it, but will drop it off and hope all is well.

Ordered 8 bowls. 6 arrived together said order complete. Contacted support for missing 2 bowls. Was told they are coming separately. It should have said box 1 of 2. Box 2 was huge and could have fit whole order. No paperwork in box 1 to give a clue that the rest of the order was seperate.

Needed four soup/cereal bowls for a pattern that I purchased 8-10 years ago. The pattern was still available and I ordered a set of 4. The bowls were delivered undamaged and within the delivery timeframe. Good job!

I had purchased oversized coffee cups and loved them so I decided to get Cambria dinner plates, Taos salad plates and Rustic leaf bowls. The plates are all gorgeous and great quality. The bowls don't quite match, so I may return them. One plate was received broken and C/S was wonderful, quickly replied to my email and sent me a replacement. Over all I am very happy with my order and would definitely purchase from them again in the future. Thank you Pfaltzgraff.

My daughter checked Marketplace for used dishes in my pattern, but the quantity was not right and the quality of used is often uncertain, so we ordered direct from Pfaltzgraff for new and the shipping cost was far less than expected. I'm very pleased!
