I was disappointed with the quality of the pieces in my order. Snowman cookie jar, chip on hand, Santa cookie jar hole on beard. Painting on all 8 peices was subpar. The gnome salt and pepper shakers especially. What should have been red hats, toadstool were more like purple. They were not cute. The painting on all seven prices is untidy, and uneven. I unfortunately have had this problem before but return department has been easy to deal with and quickly sent me replacements. This year reading the return instructions my understanding was I would pay shipping for pieces I did not want and for defective pieces I would need to send pictures and the staff would review the info sent. This procedure may take months! These were to be Christmas gifts so I don’t want to wait months to get a result. I am very disappointed with the quality of Winterberry products, I have been purchasing for 20+ years. Sadly I will not order again. I was really hoping this year the quality would have improved.
