I have used computers all my working career(including 20+ years as machinery technical writer) and your online purchasing system is not very user friendly, especially for a first time user.

The checkout is a little confusing. On other sites once I click Apple Pay it imports all my shipping info. On this site it initially would not process Apple Pay. Then asked me to login to my account. Then it accepted Apple Pay but I had to enter all my shipping info. My only shipping options included lift gates. I have a forklift and don’t need a lift gate.

I put the product in the search and it didn't come up. I had to google search it, then click on that link and was brought to the product. Weird. Printing the online credit application wastes a lot of paper when a fillable PDF would be better. Also, I had to send it to my corporate office because of the references and the on line form required 3 executives and we only have 2.

I just finished my second hot rod. Almost identical motor in both of them. I love Sunoco GT 260+. Both cars make over 500.RWHP on that fuel. I average about 3 drums a year. I live in Michigan, so both cars are summer cars only. I’ve only had one incident of being short shipped. It was immediately taken care of by customer service.

Over all it went well, found what I needed, have other vehicles that need oil have been doing some research on oil and your oil has come out on top with the test I have watched so I’m going to give it a try and switch. It’s cheaper than what I was using.
