Well Joe, like I was saying I ordered some stuff from Penn state and I really like the quality of everything. Always top notch. The only thing I didn’t like was the bushings I needed for the pen stands were not in stock but I ordered the pen stands anyway. I sure hope those bushings are restocked in time for me to make those for Christmas.

Had to wait 10 minutes on hold to place my order, even though I was " first in line for the next available operator". I gave up several times, and got the same message several times, including right after your posted opening time.

I recently purchased pen turning supplies, and the experience was great from start to finish. The products arrived quickly, were well-packaged, and everything was exactly as described. The quality of the pen blanks, hardware, and accessories exceeded my expectations, making the turning process smooth and enjoyable. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be ordering more supplies in the future. Highly recommended for anyone interested in pen turning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Site Experience FeedbackOct 31, 2026
I came to use up my points I have earned. Unfortunately most of the products I used to buy are discontinued making it hard to find things to buy. I used to buy Penn State lacquer finish for my products I sell, but it's no longer available. So as I get extra money I'm stocking up on other items I use before they are discontinued as well. I own 3 of the duplicators which look to be discontinued so I want to grab the bits before they disappear.

Must be an upgrade to your website. I don't recall having trouble logging in the last order I made. I couldn't recall password, and after at least 3 times of clicking on "forgot password" I never received an email to reset password.

Solid, except sometimes while clicking into pen kits I'll end up finding many more categories than are on the preliminary Pen kit menu. I don't think the structure of the menus is set up the best because I feel like I find hidden items every once in a while.
