Solid, except sometimes while clicking into pen kits I'll end up finding many more categories than are on the preliminary Pen kit menu. I don't think the structure of the menus is set up the best because I feel like I find hidden items every once in a while.

Overall good experience, but i would appreciate greater detail/specs in the fountain pen kits such as nib details. The search function could be enhanced too, it took me some adjusting my searching habits to find what I need.

The classic pens. Been a nightmare since I ordered them missing parts twice back ordered once on that order. The bushing on the bottom end is the wrong size. It’s it’s too large and if you’re not careful, your top blank will not fit correctly in your top ring. Just pour design. I won’t be buying these again.

I’ve used penn state industries for my materials ever since I first learned to turn. The service is great and there’s a wide selection of kits. This time, I noticed the “you can sell this for x dollars”, and I thought it was neat. One critique is that it would be helpful to directly link the accessories needed for each kit in the description, as some require very specific bushings. Also, it would be cool to know where the wood is actually coming from. Thanks ~

Each item has a number associated with it (ex #PKCP8020 - Gun Metal Bolt Action Pen Kit). I would recommend designing the website so this number (#PKCP8020) can be entered in the search bar.
