attempted to call approximatley 20 minutes befor 5 pm Placed in the hold cue. Waited through several cycles until next to be assisted and was sent back to fourth in line and call was never answered. Called the following day with an addessing issue and staff assisted me to place the order. site indicated tjat the phone line was supported until 7:00 pm. After waiting it became obvious the support ends at 5 pm.

Disturbed that the seam ripper springs are out of stock. They are particularly difficult to install. I am able but when my husband attempts it is a disaster. I got what I needed but the selection of display items is limited. In addition, prior to the Pandemic, we were purching quite a bit, including a travel case. That case was returned and I was told I had a credit. Can you research and let me know if that still exists (I still have the email)?

It's not good to feature an item, in the case the "Mary" blanks/ pieces to turn, and not have in stock. I spent almost $200 and had to pay shipping too? Should be included for purchases over $100
