Placed an order. Forgot one item and immediately ordered that item. The order numbers had one order between. I asked in the second order to include them with the first order. Paid for 3 day on order one and cheap for order two. The first order came on time. The second order has not arrived after almost two weeks. It would be nice if shipping could read requests especially when the irder numbers are referenced in the second order. Stole parts from other kits to complete the order.

Tried to order everything I needed because I have to pay for shipping. Unfortunately, certain things I needed were out of stock which would mean I'd have to order at a later time and pay another shipping charge. It has been several years since I purchased from PSI. I still use a dust collector I purchased many years ago and it works great. I'm very disappointed with the departure of PSI from that product line (and others) and their focus on pen turning, as that is something I have no interest in.

I have been turning pens for 15 years, and I have almost exclusively used Penn State with minor visits to Woodcraft. They are no longer within reach of my home, so I totally rely on mail order from Penn State. I haven't experienced any problem with that, and I am very happy with it.
