It’s nice that I can find all the associated tools (bits, bushings, etc) for each product directly on the products web page. Makes it easy to confirm I already have the right sizes… or to buy the right ones!

Penn State was recommended to me years ago when a friend introduced me to pen turning. After 20 some years, I just don't appreciate the mis-matched parts, the obsolete kits, and the cheap manufacturing that is available elsewhere. PSI has the real deal.

Pretty decent experience. Was sad some of the needed items are out of stock. Otherwise, items are pretty easy to find. Purchasing is simple and the discount brought the pricing on par with competition.

Enjoy the organized method to filter results, my only issue is I wish a given pen would show all finish options on one page, don't list different finishes as separately. This would be very helpful. I also like the way you (usually) list bushings and drills required with links.

Overall love the site and products. Frustrated that the product received was not identical to what was shown in the recent catalogue I had received: Catalogue clearly showed a single hole in the pepper mill blank while the actual product required 2 concentric holes.
