Two problems, first it’s not wired for regular 110 voltage. Now I have to get an electrician to wire it. Second no 5” adapter to 4” adapter for exhaust. Only provided one for the intake.

Recently, I purchased the victorian pen kit, the executive fountain pen kit, and a dyed red and black maple burl blank. I originally planned to order a victorian fountian pen kit, but only the rollerball was in stock. Everything arrived as expected, though the double dyed pen blanks can be kind of a gamble (I purchased a gold and black dyed blank that ended up with green patches a few weeks ago),it turned out well.

The only time I have ever had an issue was with an order of Synthetic Opal that never arrived. Penn State sent me out another single package of the opal, but my package had two containers of Opal on the order, so I am still down a container of the opal.
