It would be nice to have a “Continue Shopping” button on the order summary page, I.e., the cart page. Some companies put other items related to the ones in the cart to remind you of things you could consider. Probably generates extra revenue. I’d also like to get free ground shipping with orders over $100.

I've always loved PSI and have ordered a number of times and will continue to do so. Great company. My one gripe with this shopping experience is the product photos are not displaying on the product page. All I can see is the tiny thumbnail on the search page. Most disappointing. I was fortunately ordering items I'm familiar with from prior orders, but I would hesitate to order an item I'm not familiar with when I cannot see the photo. I went to the catalog to view a few items but those views are far from satisfactory. Need to photos to display properly as they normally do.
