I bought the pen kits for a gift. The kit was very good and the pen turned out beautiful. The only issue was I thought the bushings were included, so I had to order them and wait for them to come in before making the pen.

The answering service is nowhere as good as getting a staff person in business hours. My biggest complaint is the duplicitous nature of your bushings. You label many different kinds but many are exactly the samee so I end up buying bushings I don t need. You label them with different codes but they are the same as many other.

The experience is good. Have placed several orders with Penn. Penn was out of stock on the blank I wanted most. But that is OK. It will return, I hope. Red and Black are my favorite color combination. I started this endeavor 35 years ago. My pens are unique, each one is different. And I modify different aspects of the pens.
