The fun began when I didn't open the package thinking it was something else set it back to Penn State 2 days later I received another package UPS which was a package is supposed to and sent back I sent the wrong track it back returned the last package UPS may send it back USPS and just waiting I am receiving I had 3 words without that I received one of I think I sit down and read it real words and more parts thank you for your time Stan

This survey is about as smooth and user‑friendly as your website—meaning it’s almost great, except for the part where it isn’t. I hit one snag that really needs fixing. I’m a 74‑year‑old man with one 16‑year‑old granddaughter, courtesy of my oldest son who’s 50 and my youngest who’s 43. Now, unless your dropdown menu includes a category labeled “Human Being With a Family,” I have absolutely no idea which box I’m supposed to check. Double ordered by accident, called to return and was told that you could supply me with a return label (positive). When I called the following week to get the return label I was TOLD that was not your policy and it is clearly stated on your policy. Ok I get it, I made the mistake, I am 80 years old, a 100% disabled Vet enjoying a new hobby and will not return the item $44.00 for credit and pay $28.00 shipping to do so.
