I have seen the website change over the years, I will say that some changes are better with the exception on some of your products pages when it comes to the details, in some of the project and pen blanks it does not tell the additional details of the pen blanks like additional details of the bushings until you get into the assembly instructions that I think will be helpful when checking out the purchasing of the kits. You guys do an awesome job and I have enjoyed working with you over the years.

In previous orders I used to receive a current catalogue with my shipment, but not on the last 2 orders. I have tried by phone and e-mail to get a current catalogue but because I live north of your border you will not send one. If you cannot or will not include one with this order please cancel my order, return my Visa payment and remove my info from your records.

PK-BOX4 was in print catalog as well as the online catalog but had been discontinued. Instead of not allowing me to select the item to put in my shopping cart, it would have been better to have flagged the item as discontinued. It would have saved me a lot of time and a phone call to your Customer Service desk.

Penn State has a great selection of project kits for turning. As someone that sells at farmers markets, I'm always trying to add new, unusual products to my booth and Penn State has got me covered. Our customers come back again and again because there's always something in the booth that they haven't seen before. In this order, I purchased things that I have never purchased in my 7+ years of ordering from them and I'm excited to see the reactions of my customers. The quality is fantastic and the prices are reasonable, allowing me to keep my prices low and generating more sales for me.

a few years ago I bought a handle and one of PSI's inline crochet hooks with it from an Etsy seller, thinking if I liked it I'd get all of the hook sizes. I did not like the tapered hook, it distorted my gauge. I was very excited to see that PSI now also sells inline hooks with straight shafts, and they would fit my handle. So I bought the kit - I was surprised, actually, because the listing appeared to include a handle, but no, it was a maker's kit. Well, I don't do woodturning, but I did have a handle, and the new hooks did fit it. But ultimately, I was disappointed in the hooks, because the shaft is so long, it does not suit my style of crocheting at all, and I find that the length increases the stress on my hands. For me, the shaft could be an inch shorter. That, of course, is personal preference, and PSI can't make hooks for every person's preference - but I am very disappointed just the same. I imagine I'll find someone who wants the set.
