Double ordered by accident, called to return and was told that you could supply me with a return label (positive). When I called the following week to get the return label I was TOLD that was not your policy and it is clearly stated on your policy. Ok I get it, I made the mistake, I am 80 years old, a 100% disabled Vet enjoying a new hobby and will not return the item $44.00 for credit and pay $28.00 shipping to do so.

PSI had a couple of pen styles that I was interested in at a fair price. What I found odd is that a three piece kit with a bushing was five dollars higher than buying the same three pen kits individually and the bushing.

Most of the items were great with the exception of a few acrylic pen blanks that had voids or are bubbles. Not sure there is enough good material to make a pen. The type of blank that had that problem I’d never purchase again.
