Good ability to view product the photos and specifications. Great selection of pen turning products There were a few products that were out of stock and the "Notify Me" functionality did not appear to be working

I finish my pens with polymer clay and I wish your still sold more of the polyclay canes. My favorite was the butterfly cane. I spoke with a new emplyee at penn state industries but she wasn't able to help me and asked that I call back. She was friendly and apologetic.

I was concerned that I would not be able to find the right sized erasers for my mechanical pencil until I found Penn State Industries. The product’s description was spot on. The erasers are a perfect fit and are a fantastic value. I have no problem highly recommending this company and their products.

The order experience was great except for one area, When I place the order, I put special instructions for delivery of the item to be put on the inside of a chain link fence since I live in a rural area, and the instructions was to keep the order safer than just leaning up against the outside of the fence, However the instructions were not followed and no where on the package were the instructions listed..

I purchased these items for our nonprofit. We are turning custom ink pens for an October 28, 2026 event, where we will do live pen turning demonstrations, and give a custom ink pen to Active, Denver Colorado first responders that show up to watch the live pen turning demonstrations.

I have seen the website change over the years, I will say that some changes are better with the exception on some of your products pages when it comes to the details, in some of the project and pen blanks it does not tell the additional details of the pen blanks like additional details of the bushings until you get into the assembly instructions that I think will be helpful when checking out the purchasing of the kits. You guys do an awesome job and I have enjoyed working with you over the years.

In previous orders I used to receive a current catalogue with my shipment, but not on the last 2 orders. I have tried by phone and e-mail to get a current catalogue but because I live north of your border you will not send one. If you cannot or will not include one with this order please cancel my order, return my Visa payment and remove my info from your records.

PK-BOX4 was in print catalog as well as the online catalog but had been discontinued. Instead of not allowing me to select the item to put in my shopping cart, it would have been better to have flagged the item as discontinued. It would have saved me a lot of time and a phone call to your Customer Service desk.

Penn State has a great selection of project kits for turning. As someone that sells at farmers markets, I'm always trying to add new, unusual products to my booth and Penn State has got me covered. Our customers come back again and again because there's always something in the booth that they haven't seen before. In this order, I purchased things that I have never purchased in my 7+ years of ordering from them and I'm excited to see the reactions of my customers. The quality is fantastic and the prices are reasonable, allowing me to keep my prices low and generating more sales for me.
