I’ve had only one bad product. It’s a pen blank that’s broken on the end. But still useable. Item# WXMP09X. Who ever packaged the order should have paid closer attention to what they was doing. Can’t imagine they would have shipped it knowingly.

Hlaving used the web site several times in the past previous answers from staff by phone made it easier to navigate. The only challenge in the past has been finding exact parts, such as bushings. Today I typed in the exact name for the bushings I needed, but a different product came up --- yet with the same bushing number. That caused a little hesitation before ordering. That given, this web site is still easy to use.
