I live in Canada. For many years I used to receive catalogues with my orders, the last several I have not and I needed a current printing to allow people to select a pen of their choosing. For the last order I emailed a special request to include a catalogue or refund my visa purchase and remove me from your Email address list. WELL no catalogue with my order! Previously when I tried to email order one I was told because I was Canadain you would not mail me one (even when I paid the shipping costs for my order). Are you brain dead or are you just arrogant towards Canadains like your president? Tell me what am I supposed to do to have a repectful buisness relationship?

The experience of ordering is very easy on the Penn State web site. All of the products are well designed. I do however, wish shipping was quicker and less expensive for a small amount of Items. For instance: I ordered the gold letter opener as a gift for my Dr’s office. I forgot to order the bushings. I have many bushings but none would fit. Otherwise I am very happy with Penn State and the products offered and I will continue to order from Penn State.

I’ve used the dyed spalted tamarind before, and it looks amazing. It’s my first time using the double-dyed maple burl but I’m looking forward to it. The biggest problem is that they’re expensive and they were both out of stock for a long time.

great experience. I tried to place order on my phone. It didn't work. laptop- is perfect! I wish you would have said that you need these brushes with the pens. I would have ordered them when I ordered the pen kits... that's my only cm plaint. You just made4 more ninety NOT telling me because if shipping especially.. This is a bug problem...I am very dissatisfied with that. My father in law was CEO of ice of the Penn State college campuses. We are born and raised in PA...Hazlton, Conyngham, so Id support . I am always glad to support Penn State. Howcwer I wish you'd fix that issue on your order age. Thank yogi very much!

All is good. I ordered 2 salt and pepper 3 1/2 inch black with one 1 1/2 inch bit and end bushings. All parts met my expectations. After completing turning the blanks which are 2 different wood species but similar color. One being red oak the other spliced end grain Fir stain light walnut. So which one will be pepper? Turned another blank with Maple being white. The recipient did not like the Maple. Another option would be to paint the adjustment knob white for salt.
