I love the products but wished there were more verity of these items. I make pens and like to upgrade them with the fancy clips but I feel like there’s limited amounts and differences in the clips.

They have been very helpful every time I have talked with them on the phone and have always solved any problems I have had, that alone means a lot to me! Easy to do the online order once I learned that saving my cart doesn't always work if you cannot complete the order before logging out of PSI login. Needed to first contact customer service to correct a mistake in the expiration date on a gift certificate. Then all went smoothly.
