Your bolt action pens have to long of springs they bind up and don’t work. I’ve had four customers talked to me about a smaller springing, and I’ve had several that I’ve had to take the spring out

Shipping to Hawaii fees continues to be a major disappointment. USPS offers flat rate shipping that many of my orders would qualify for, yet, Penn State does not use it. Looking forward to Penn State restocking it fountain pen inventory.

My best experience is going comparing projects I have received from Penn compared to what I picked up from other places. For me there is no bought that Penns projects are much better. The projects are complete with Penn compared to others are not following through. Not to mention that some of the pens I have done with Penns that they are just BETTER in complete!
