Love your site. Wish there was a way to pick various finishes of the same pen on your site without going back to the search menu. Shipping has been really bad lately too. I choose shipping hoping I will get it in a couple days but it is always 4 to 5 even when I pay extra.

I called about an order placed on 9/4 that I hadn't received as of 9/13. It had been ordered just before going into the labor day weekend and therefore there was a delay. I can understand that but in the years I have been buying from PSI I had always been told that I would be notified when an order had shipped. Both this order and my 9/9 order had cleared my bank but I hadn't received a shipping notice. When I spoke with the customer service rep, she was very polite and knowledgeable about the procedures. She said that she would find out about the 9/4 order and that the 9/9 order will be here on Friday 9/18. I did receive the 9/4 order the next day and I look forward to Friday for the next order. I am pleased with the overall products and customer service I receive from PSI and plan to continue purchasing items from PSI in the future. Thanks for allowing a way to quickly resolve issues.
