I wanted to buy scoop kits to fit the PKISCOOPBU bushings, which use a 7/16" drill bit. I couldn't find them; you've switched to a different bushing size so I also had to buy new bushings and a new drill bit. Not gonna break the bank but it's frustrating when I can buy products that I've already acquired the hardware required to build

Would like to have a bushings table that shows which bushings are required for each pen kit. As I start to branch out and make various pens I am always missing the necessary bushings. Also a good bushing organizer would be welcomed.

I was going to place another order, but wanted to use a discount and unable to call and talk to someone in regard to a pen squaring trimmer. Apparently, the item was out of stock and I really liked the item I had so thought I'd get a new one as mine somehow got bent! It was a Saturday so the business was closed...may have been Friday afternoon here in Arizona so waited until today. I will call because I don't know if you'll be stocking up on this item or not. I want to get in on the backorder list, but not sure of how to do that online. Hopefully, someone can help me with this item. It is #PKTRIMSE and price is $79.95 in catalog 2026 issue #263B. I also have a flyer stating that I have 1800 points with a code for scanning. I'm not real techie with these things...maybe I could use some help in h I w to use my points. I have an order to place today online of some $120+. Need help in how to apply the discount. I will call when online doing the order.

The products from PSI are mostly good, but the prices keep going up and will soon be to costly to continue with them. Might have to look at cheaper foreign vendors, but the quality will most likely be less.
