I ordered the peppermill grinders. The throught hole is a larger diameter than the grinder "bearing" sticking out the bottom of the top of the grinder. Should be a better fit.

I received two but only ordered one. I was unsure if my on line order worked so I called to check the lady I talked said all was fine. I got one but obviously there was another one ordered by mistake do to confusion of my on line ordering. I am 91 and sometimes I have trouble with on line ordering. It only happens when ordering from PSI. I take the blame not you, but thought you should know so if you could check if ordering online could be simpler you might be able to fix it. I like doing business with PSI, and have done so for many years. Y’all are good people!

Email with tracking info came right away-that was fantastic. Arrived with plenty of packaging and a magazine-fantastic. It came with an extra worm screw plus some faceplate screws-I wasn’t expecting that-again, fantastic. The shaft is round and doesn’t have an easy way to put a wrench on it to remove it from shaft-that’s an unfortunate design flaw in my opinion. Last-in the sales description it wasn’t overly clear what size this fit vs what size the lathe shaft is that I have. Some similar name vocab would be good if that could be cleared up. I’m willing to admit I have a lot to still learn, too!

Trying to buy additional pen tubes but looks like you do not carry them. Extremely difficult to navigate site tonight to find needed parts and supplies. To apply the discount I had to research and take over half an hour. Then it did not want to take my saved credit card information.

There are certain products that PennState Industries has that seem to tower above the rest. For me, their finishing CA glue is at the top of that list. I have tried other products from other companies and find myself coming back to what PSI has to offer.
