It was pretty easy to navigate. But I wish you have more styles of earrings. Second, I made an account first, so when the pop-up window says you get a discount upon sign up, I can't get the special offer anymore. That was a bummer.

The only hiccup I had with the order was not being able to switch the gift options, and not being able to pay the premium to upgrade the silver post on the earrings to yellow gold, having to order a second pair to get that option.

I placed my order as an anniversary gift, and while it was in stock when I purchased it they ran out and it ended up on back order. I contacted customer service and got a very quick response explaining the item was in back order and would ship the following week. The item arrived a week late in perfect condition, and despite being slightly delayed because of the back order it really is an amazing gift. Customer support was very friendly, 10/10 will purchase from here again.

check out is HORRIBLE. you cannot "click" on anything, but have to TAB and it doesn't always light up. At the end you must hit "enter" or nothing happens. I called the 800# and it kept saying it could not connect me. After 20 minutes I refreshed my browser that was spinning and it said the order went thru ... Whew!

I purchased a set of pearls, along with a matching bracelet and earrings, for a friend’s wedding gift. They were so beautiful and she cried when she got them. It was really easy to find the set box I wanted and I was happy it had gold clasps. It got delayed in shipping for two days, which was more of a USPS issue than the company
