I had a very positive experience shopping on PearlsOnly. The website was easy to navigate, the jewelry selection was beautiful, and I appreciated the different options for pearl color, size, bracelet length, and clasps. Checkout was simple and the promotions were a nice bonus. I would appreciate more detailed and standardized information explaining the different pearl quality grades, but overall the shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable.

I used PearlsOnly to select my wedding jewelry. I was pleased with the options available as well as the multiple price ranges, it felt very inclusive. I picked out a nice necklace, bracelet and earring set. The gifts with purchase were a very happy bonus. My package was shipped out in a few days after my order. The tracking number never updated so after 2 weeks I was getting concerned there was a problem. I emailed customer service inquiring about when my items would arrive and if there was a problem. Not only did Donna thoroughly investigate and let me know my package was in fact on the way, they looked into other packages sent out the same day and let me know when those were arriving to their destinations to help give me a better idea of when mine would arrive since the tracking number wasn't updating. My items arrived a few days later just like Donna said they would. Everything was packaged and wrapped up nicely and with care. Not only was the jewelry impeccable quality, even the silk storage pouches are made well and look nice. I have not stopped raving about PearlsOnly. I've sent multiple pictures to friends of my new pieces of jewelry, bragged about the price and value and already started thinking about picking out my next purchase.

Back and forth action could be better. I had to repeatedly scroll from the top after going “back” instead of right to the item I had selected and returned from. LOVED the surprise of free gifts with my purchase. That was new and awesome.

It was pretty easy to navigate. But I wish you have more styles of earrings. Second, I made an account first, so when the pop-up window says you get a discount upon sign up, I can't get the special offer anymore. That was a bummer.
