I used Parts Dr because I was able to find a picture of the exact part I needed. It was a fan for a Samsung Fridge. I am quite satisfied with Parts Dr.. My last purchase was placed mid afternoon, and due to where I lived Arrived the next evening. The only disappointment was a slight one with UPS... they sent an "out for delivery" notice that said will arrive between 9:30 and 1:30 and it didn't arrive till after 6pm so we had plans and had to wait till the next day to make my repair. Due to some odd circumstances I have made 3 purchases in a row... and I have been very happy with price and service.

I went to Parts Dr using a part number generated from AI for my model of washer. I found the part with good pictures, and the label was "control panel" just like I needed. I could tell in the picture that it looked like it didn't have the touch pad user controls that I needed, but purchased it anyway without asking customer service since it was at night. I received the part in a timely manner, but realized right away that it in fact did not contain the user control I needed. I chatted with a customer service agent and right away she provided me with the return link to start my return and gave me the link to the correct part. I orded the correct part and received it the next day. It worked as expected and now I just have to drop the part I don't need off at UPS. It will cost me some money to return, but the washer is working great!
