This is our second purchase from PartsDr. Our first one went so smoothly that we had no problems trusting them with the correct product and quality item the second time we needed something. Shipping was extremely quick which is much appreciated since we are having our baby tomorrow and need a working clothes dryer! Concerned about your return policy. If the part does not fit, and you claim it is an original part for my specific model, it seems to me that you should be fully responsible for that and provide free return shipping and no stocking fee.

PARTS DR site is very well designed. Easy to navigate. It lists only the parts applicable to the specific Model Number you entered. It informs you if the parts are actually IN STOCK (very important). The prices are cheaper than other sites (especially the OEM .LG ). Shipping costs are reasonable. Only area for possible improvement is another website (partsselect) provides a list of recommended replacement parts based on the "problem" you are experiencing For example, "Noisy Operation" (clothes dryer) shows the probability of how a specific part will correct the issue. (i.e.- Replacement rollers correct this problem 80% of the time).

rollers and pulley did not fit on my shaft pins, ( the new parts were .0083 inch smaller in diameter making it not slide on the shaft pins). The O.D. on the rollers and pulley were also larger than my existing parts as well as the belt being a larger diameter. I ended up just using the felt drum seal and glue so I could put dryer back together. ( need to use dryer)

I had to order a glass range cooktop replacement and when the item arrived it was damaged in transit. I contacted Parts Dr thru the chatline and advised them of the situation. After some pics of damaged item were emailed to customer service, a new glass top was promptly shipped and arrived in great shape. I watched your installation video before purchasing the new ice maker. Installation seemed pretty straightforward. When I started to install the ice maker, most of the instructions for removing the freezer drawers, etc., did not apply to my freezer. As I result, I was unable to removed the top freezer drawer and ended up having a very hard time getting the old unit out and the new unit in because of very limited access. What should have been a 15-20 minute job ended up taking almost 2 hours.
