Order 2191260, part of the order has been destroyed by FedEx but because they haven't updated their system I cannnot get my product shipped to me until their investigation is complete...even tho I started the investigation on 8/3 with FedEx with no update. I called FedEx on 8/10 and was informed by their customer service that the package would not be delivered and to contact my distributor for a reship. I called Parts Dr twice, the first time I tried explaining to the first lady that we didn't get the shipment and I needed the part ASAP. She told me that I had to fill out the damage form. But the damaged form requires picture of the damaged product - WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED, of which I informed her of. So I had to call back and this time I got Anthony. Absolutely no urgency to my claim and I received an email stating that it was going to take 1-5 days for investigation with it becoming up to 10 days. I had already started the claim with FedEx with no new findings for the last 5 days...I have already waited my five days....and yet I am told there is nothing you can do about it except wait....this board isn't that expensive and you already got our money...

Through this experience I found out that Parts doctor is a parts-broker. I received the same part twice broken because the packaging was horrible. The fact that I had to jump through the hoops of filling out forms twice for the same part was frustrating beyond belief. The third one finally came in a box. By then I had ordered one from another company. It also arrived in a box. I used one and I'll keep one for the next microwave that breaks. But I won't be ordering anything else from parts doctor.
