We ordered a spray arm for the lower part of our dishwasher to replace the original one because the metal pieces on each end had fallen off inside the dish washer. The replacement arm did not have any metal pieces, and the end of the arm melted the first time we ran the dishwasher.

I went to Parts Dr using a part number generated from AI for my model of washer. I found the part with good pictures, and the label was "control panel" just like I needed. I could tell in the picture that it looked like it didn't have the touch pad user controls that I needed, but purchased it anyway without asking customer service since it was at night. I received the part in a timely manner, but realized right away that it in fact did not contain the user control I needed. I chatted with a customer service agent and right away she provided me with the return link to start my return and gave me the link to the correct part. I orded the correct part and received it the next day. It worked as expected and now I just have to drop the part I don't need off at UPS. It will cost me some money to return, but the washer is working great!

Your Chatbot is USELESS, as matter of fact it said my model number was not valid and locked up the entire page. To place my order I had to shut down my computer, reboot and return to the page, find my item on my own, When I selected my part, It was confirmed that this part did indeed fit the entered model number for my dryer. Apparently AI is all it's cracked up to be !! Also your shipping prices are a little wacko as well.. a VERY small $10 part cost $12 to ship!!
