Parthenon is a place to buy food products made to the EU Standards. It’s just better than the USA food. Great fresh foods like Kalamata olives, the really good olive oil and feta cheese. High shipping costs limit my purchases.

I visited some old friends in Utica, N.Y. And found your fruit chewies in their candy bowl. I loved them so much I googled your company to order a supply. I got the order and am enjoying the candies as I pass by the bowl everyday. Excellent candy, BUT, I won’t be able to buy as much as I’d like as the shipping is twice the price of the item. I would like to know if there is a more economical method of shipping. But, I live the Chewies and the flavors: cherry, orange and green apple. I was intrigued by the name, Parthenon as we visited Athens last summer. I want to return. Loved Rhodes.

The Jams in glass jars were wrapped beautifully. And they were then packed in bubble wrap - there is no way that the jars could be damaged in transit. It was the most thorough wrapping I've experienced. A rare treat in today's world!

Product came pretty quick but it was in baggies i expected this to be packaged properly. One of the products had a fermented smell to it so not sure if it was just the product or how it was packaged

I am having a hard time purchasing Baraka sunflower seeds, was purchasing the for $14 a bag, here at ParthenonFoods combined with shipping they are $12 a bag...what a deal, I hope they can get more in stock.

I ordered a coffee pot to make Greek coffee. It was advertised as "stainless steel," so I planned to use it on my induction range. It was not stainless steel (although it looks like stainless steel). Magnets don't attract, so I can't use it.

My dad loves the ION Milk Chocolate 200gr. He is 97 and this is what he looks forward to every evening, having a square of creamy chocolate. I make sure to keep him stocked and I can always count on Parthenon to have it available! We also love the wide variety of available products at Parthenon. Have shopped with them for years and will continue doing so.

I am very disappointed because I have been waiting for my order for over a week. I have especially been waiting for the special cheese that I ordered. The order finally came today, but the cheese was not with it and there was a note that said the cheese had been canceled. The only reason I ordered from Parthenon foods was because I wanted to order cheese. Nobody notified me that it had been canceled. I would not have bought the spaghetti sauces had I known the cheese was not coming. So I’m thinking the customer service is not great.

One item was missing from my order, I still have not received it, nor have I received any updates on the status. Also the ion mini chocolates I received had a best by date of 6 weeks ago. The other items I received were accurate, and received on time.

I love this product since I has a child and I am glad it has not been changed, they even kept the same design on the box for over 50 years. This cereal has wonderful taste, it's natural and healthy. ParthenonFoods is the only company I found in the whole USA that has this product available. The shipping is fast. I am a repeat cutomer.

We have been to the physical store several times when in MKE. This was our first online order. Every item was as we expected and amazing. The packaging was perfect with cold packs enclosed. Our favorite store by far, we highly recommend. The gyros from the deli are always treat in person!

Recent trip to Croatia where I tasted this soda and loved it! Ordered from Amazon.com...all they had were small bottles and they were quite pricey. Saw that you had the larger bottles and was quick to order 4. Shipping is expensive, but if you like something, you're willing to pay for it! They came earlier this week and I was quite pleased. I did find it difficult to get the tape seal off the cover, but the product was fantastic!! I will either be ordering more from you or send someone in to pickup to avoid the shipping charges.

It has been extremely warm lately and when I received the package, the xchwwaw was almost liquid. There was only one thawed ice pack in the box. Very disappointed that more care was not taken to insure the freshness of something so vulnerable to the heat. I will not be ordering from this site any longer.

I ordered 1 pound container of Dodoni feta cheese, a jar of cracked green olives, and pound of Kalamata olives. The olives came in fine and are delicious.. the feta cheese, however, was room temperature and all the ice bags were melted. I paid for the expedited shipping as recommended. I have purchased this brand before and loved it, but this cheese did not taste the same. Not good. I am a Greek American and grew up eating feta and I think this feta lost it good taste. Tried a number of times, but could not.

The Apricot Spread received was expired with a dat of 3/2026. Its currently June 2026. The other products received have expiration dates in 2027 which is perfectly fine. This is not the first time I have received expired food items from this merchant. I gave them another chance and they have done it again, so now I will NEVER pur have from them again.

Found this gem in the early 2000's while working overseas. The best European/old world/exotic food assortment online under one roof. Quality products, timely shipping, unparalleled selection. We have even found some kitchen staples we had never tried and will never run out of for a lifetime. Contacting customer service over the years for additional products were always answered in a timely manner, very considerate and professional. Love this store and wish they were right down the road to walk the aisles monthly and see what new discoveries we may have. Elated Parthenon Foods is all that they continue to be. Lifetime customer!!!
