I love Parthenon Foods! I shop often from both online & their store in Wisconsin. I was a happy customer but that change a bit in 2020. The Greek products are not available like they used to and the quality is compromized as well. Sometimes they show "in stock" but when I order & pay the invoice online, a few days later, I get a message state that some of my items are no longer available and will not included in the shipment. Although they return partially payment, is such a disappointment, because is happening very often.! I'm a customer since 2004 and I've seen many (good & bad) changes happening in this company. I will give Parthenon Foods a few more chances and if I'm still not happy with my orders, by the end of 2027, I will take my business elsewhere. I just hope that I will not have to.... Thank you.

I am familiar with the brand of olive oil, and was pleased to find it. The cheeses are also old friends. They were both quite warm when I removed them from the box, so I'm hoping there was no damage, as they appeared okay. I would suggest a better method than the seven small freezer packs (all above room temperature upon removal).

I was able to find candies that we had on our trip to Eastern Europe. They are very difficult to find elsewhere. I'm going to order again for sure.

My lady order I paid overnight shipping and that is very pricy. The ice packs were thawed and the butter was getting warm. That’s unacceptable for the $70 + paid for overnight shipping. This is the first time this has happened and I will order again but if butter arrives the same way I will look for another vendor.

Just returned from a trip to Croatia with my family. The 3 grandsons purchased the Frondi brand wafer cookies at a small grocery store in Zagreb and fell in love with them. NO luck finding them in any import stores once we returned home. Was STUNNED to find them through Parthenon Foods online! My order was filled and received within days! Who is the BEST granma ever??😉

I was so excited to get your email that Zdenka sport was in stock! This is our favorite cheese and it's been so hard to get. I love your selection. I just wish your search was easier to use. Some filtering, especially being able to filter out what's not in stock, would be great. I like to browse and find new things.

I was born and raised in Chicago. When I retired 4 years ago, I relocated to Indianapolis. I went from a plethora of Greek food availability to almost none. So one day I checked on line and came across Parthenon foods. Glad I did. Now I can get what I need, when I need it.

Parthenon foods has an extensive catalogue and their prices are very fair. The site is easy to navigate and a helpful shipping guide is provided to ensure the right shipping method is chosen for perishable products. Everything arrived to my doorstep intact and on time. I had a large order and each item was packed with care to ensure it made it safely through transit. Very happy with my order and will be a repeat customer.

Order was delayed a little because of low stock, but was offered to receive what was in stock. I opted to wait a week to receive it all. The communication was great and the package was protected and packed nicely.

This cheese is difficult to find and Parthenon had the most reasonable price by a lot. They sent regular notifications on the status of my order and it came well packaged with recyclable materials.

Took the company a week just to ship the items. In total it will have been 12 days by the time I finally recieve the items, and shipping wasn't cheap either. If they dont have the staff to fulfill orders then they shouldn't advertise a 3-4 day shipping option without making it clear that it could take them a week just to box the items and print a shipping label. Then they also try to get you to download an app just to see the shipping info

Good experience, easy to navigate. Only negative is not your fault, live in Canada and shipping for 4 little tuna cans 45 US. Wish there was a less expensive shipping cost because then I could order more lol.

This is our goto spice from sandwiches to roasting... We purchased this same product 10 years earlier. This is the only shop that has the 4 pack of 5lbs Cavender's. Even thought the price went up, the original order averaged .02 cents per day and the latest price is expected to average .03 centers per day. In that perspective, it's still a great deal.

I've been ordering from Parthenon Foods since 2006. Unfortunatelly the past 2 years, I had more than 3 bad experiences with the way I receive the products and how the product does NOT look anything like the stock photo. It's hard to find Greek products elsewhere but lately I feel like I'm throwing my money in the trash.! Very disappointed.!

I like the quality of the products I bought. Available items were delivered on time. I wish they would have better inventory control so that all ordered items are delivered. A refund was issued for an item not delivered.

My last purchase of 4pk 5lb tub of Cavender's was on Parthenon, as you can imagine 20lbs of seasoning lasts a long time for family of 3. But the reliability of this site is why I came back.

The cheese it was warm . The ice packs were melted because the product sat at the USPS facility for almost 2 days . II just hope the cheese still good .

This is the first time trying mastic gum. It’s very unique that is for sure. I’ve been keeping it next to the bed and chewing it all throughout the day. The flavor is very refreshing and my teeth feel very clean.
