The items were in great condition. Nothing bad about Parthenon or shipping only that I am in Texas and in mid October is too hot. The cooling system did not quite work but items arrived safe. It’s the issue of living in the hottest zone. I will try to order only during colder seasons. Parthenon was great and prompt. I will order again.

Checkout was cumbersome. I had to receive and then post 4 different codes. It was silly. Also, I wanted to get information about products and tried to call but only was offered voice mail or email. You should have a human answering the phone. In addition, you could have a chat function with an AI assistant to respond to questions. Your shipping prices are much more than USPS charges. Shame on you.

The website keeps popping up annoying banners such as "new products" and "sign up for emails" that I had to keep closing to save screen space on my mobile browser. After entering all my details when finishing checkout and clicking pay, the price of shipping unexpectedly jumped up by $5. I tried to call them several times during normal business hours but they don't answer their phone. Also, many of their advertised products are not available, so I had to request a "back in stock" notification for dozens of their "out of stock" products.

Do not say that shipping is between 2-5 days and it turns out to be well over a week. I’ve been ordering this product for years. It’s a case of coffee so there are no complaints about the quality or anything else. Maybe some sort of discount or store credit should be offered because there is no excuse for for this misrepresentation. Or maybe just change what the website says so it is at least realistic.

I bought bars of soap and was disappointed that the amounts were limited every time I tried in order to save on shipping. I buy in quantities of 60 or so that way I order a few times a year. Also the soaps were individually added to box where most should have be been as a six pack as delivery was per 6 . It would help to have more stock if this is such a popular item , shelf life of soap is not limited .
