The cover I ordered fits well. Not as nice as a true factory cover. The cover also did come with any straps to hold it down. I would think at this price it should include straps.

I have tried to purchase these covers multiple time, - 2 times they wqere the wrong size, the third time the covers never arrived. Thsi time trying to check out your numbering system to the phone number and credit card system kept screwing up making me redo the numbers over and over. Taking more of my time. This has not been a good experience.

I would recommend Overtons based on this morning‘s Customer service call. Barbara from Customer service was amazing and very apologetic with what I was dealing with. I felt like I was being heard. I truly appreciated that. After my entire grill was put together, and the last piece was the hood and it was dented and pitted. I have sent pictures of the damage, along with the box that sustained damage in shipping, but wasn’t visible to me because it was on the bottom and I was working from the top. I’m waiting to see if the vendor or whomever Overtons works with will send a new hood replacement for my new grill. I’m hopeful they will to resolve this matter because after it taking 3 hours to put together, I can’t possibly take it apart and try to ship it back.

I filled out an online form to get 10% off. Went to use the coupon. Coupon was rejected. Customer Service unable to help. Bought the motor mount. It was slow to ship. Product description did not mention a minimum weight for motor. I feel my motor is too light to deploy the mount. Sent email to Panther tech support with no response. Attempted to contact customer service to setup return, the phone menu only shows sales and product info. A virtual agent took my name and number. I later filled out a web portal contact attempt. I never received a receipt for the contact attempt through the web portal. I don't know if any of the means for contact are getting through, but I'm getting lots of emails for advertisements from the fake coupon that was offered.

Anything boat related they have and is great price, I will buy from again. Didn't get an emailed receipt of the order and only got one tracking number for the order, it came in 3 separate shipments. I used the chat feature on the website to be able to get the other tracking numbers

Item was purchased online with a 1-3 day shipping, I received my order confirmation promptly and waited until 4th day to start checking shipping status on the website. Each day it showed awaiting shipping. Day 10 it showed up on the doorstep however the website was still showing awaiting shipment. The order status could use some attention to provide a better experience. The product was fine and as expected.
