Ordered venial rub strips for dock side- in past thes were 8' pieces heavy gauge material. Current product is 20' strips sent curled into circles, instructions said lay out in sun and they will become flexible . laid for over a week, fastened with SS screws every 10" top side has waffles and won't sit flat

The products were at a very good price and of very good quality. I realized right away I had ordered the wrong propellar but the rest of my order was correct. I was able to get in contact with a representative in less than 5 minutes! She canceled that one item and the rest of the order proceeded. I am extreemly pleased with thes service, especially with how easy it was to speak with a representative.

The website is dated. The selection is sparse compared to the costs for the items. I am hopeful the items are good quality for the price. I hope the shipping is quick for the price. There is no live chat for help (AI can solve that).

the last two times I've ordered from Overton's my ladders or buoys have been back ordered and they don't let us know right away either it takes either a few days to a week to get an email about a delay and then i get no update until i get a shipping email notification with a tracking number. otherwise, i am in the dark on my order. would be nice for clearer information.
