I was asked to give my email to get 10% off. I gave my email and didn't get a discount. Very misleading to offer 10% discount then not give discount. I kept expecting it to show up on the next page and it never did.

Well, first my package was delivered to the wrong address. Your staff handled it very well and got my order out promptly for a replacement. But wanted it to arrive. The box looked like it had been through a war, although the item was not damaged, but I must say the color of the chair does not match the online picture all in all pretty disappointed with the whole experience really not sure if it’s worth returning as I don’t know what I would get for a replacement. Overall satisfaction is very low again. The woman who handled my phone call did a great job. She’s probably the only reason I would think about ordering from here again. I guess depression is what can you do as a company to make me feel better about getting a chair that’s the wrong color
