I was easily able to find the product I was looking for and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the price as well. Placing my order was incredibly easy and I was happy to find out that shipping was free. I do, however, believe the websites interface could be made more appealing and modern to users which may promote more sales.

You need to add a classification for the skill level of the boards. I want to know which boards are intermediate, advanced and beginner so I can turn off all of the beginner boards. Other than that it worked great, no other complaints.

Product (a boat cover) arrived in a somewhat timely manner. The box it was delivered in looked as though it had been repackaged and re-taped. The day after we put the cover on our boat we noticed 4 small rips in the back end of it. We've tried reaching out to Customer Service but after being on hold for 10 minutes a computer voice came on and said 'We're experiencing a system outage' and the call was terminated. Terrible C.S. Awful product. Awful packaging.

The board looks even better in person and rides amazing on the water. It has the perfect balance of stability and performance, making it fun for beginners and experienced riders alike. I’ve ridden a lot of boards over the years, and this is hands down one of the best setups I’ve ever owned. The quality is top-notch, the graphics are sick, and it performs exactly as advertised. Overton’s had a great price, excellent customer service, and made the whole buying experience hassle-free. If you’re looking for a wakeboard, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Overton’s again. Holy hell. Can you make a checkout process that has more errors? Please hire more incompetent programmers and pay them minimum wage. You get what you pay for and yeah, i'm completing this order but i'm done buying from you when you double bill me, cancel my paypal request multiple times, don't load any of my saved information but good golly, you make sure that your credit card splash screen shows up EVERY TIME YOU CLICK. Glad to know what your focus is.

Overtone has a good selection of quality products at a decent price. However, once you add in their shipping charges the cost puts them above most other retailers offering the same exact product for sale. I have put several items in my cart on Overtons only to find the same items on Amazon for less, and with free shipping! I would love to do all my boating purchases with Overtons, but you make that almost impossible because of your higher overall cost.
