Terrible experience with overton’s. Would not recommend. Almost 2 weeks since my order and still no shipping confirmation. Customer service is a joke. 2 non- English speakers that were not pleasant and very hard to understand. 3rd customer service call, got an English speaker who was only slightly better, but advised me not to call again. Said I’d get an email with shipping confirmation. Then transferred me to another company (Their parent company???) with little explanation. And the new person asked for personal info. Just all around sketchy and not forthcoming at all about my $1300 purchase. Again, would not order from them again just to save 7% vs the Amazon price.

I received my order and am very disappointed in the way the box was delivered to me. The top of the box is ripped and completely damaged. It looks like it was opened and then taped shut again. For the price of this item, I would expect it to be delivered to me in better condition. I emailed customer support and sent photos but they did nothing.

Your site did not recognize my address, and I put in my mailing address which is a post office box as a secondary address, but your computer read it as the primary address. Had to edit it twice to get it to work.

The website was slow, I guess I added too many things to my shopping cart initially and could not get the shopping cart to full load. I ended up removing everything (which took too much time for the cart to refresh to showing empty). And only added 1/2 the things I wanted to this order. The site is slow, might be a lot of people on due to the sale? I did find what I was looking for and the prices were reasonable, but it was very painful shopping experience. I will shop at Overtons again, but you really need to improve site performance.
