Easy website to navigate. I wish there were a few more pictures included of the product that I’m buying to give me a better understanding of how it will look. Checkout was quick and simple. I wish shipping was a bit cheaper as I did not spend the amount to quality for free shipping. I appreciated the coupon I received via text.

Very confusing billing. I got 2 notifications from AMEX that my payment went through. But the first time your site said the billing info was incorrect. I changed the billing address to the correct address, and received the second payment notification. I only want 1 order of tube and rope.

The item delivered was completely different from the item I ordered. The cost was over $1300 and now have to wait for vendor to contact me to get item returned and money retuned. The vendor also failed to notify me item was shipped which could have prevented the wrong item being delivered to me. The person I spoke with at Overton was polite and kind but due to third party vendor was unable to assist with return and has to forward information to vendor to get back to me. The vendor now does not carry the item I ordered from them. they mislabeled the item number for the product I ordered with a completely different item. Very misleading and upset have to wait a few weeks to get my money returned.

I had trouble with getting my credit card to accept the Overton's purchase. I tried several times a few days ago, and each time the purchase was declined by my CC. The CC company said, it wasn't their issue, that the merchant had wrong information. Which was not true, BTW. I finally used Apple Pay, which uses the SAME credit card as I had tried to use before. And Apple Pay was declined when I tried several days before. So, something is odd between Overton's and Citicorp (VISA). ALSO, before I completed this on my Mac, I tried the previous times to order using my iPad. For some odd reason, the display at checkout would not let me confirm the color -- the cart info showed the color as "BL..." which could be blue or black. I wanted black. The color of the item in the cart appears as blue, and it is confusing. This product needs to be BLACK.

Most was good. However, the "starting price" on many items was very deceiving. When I selected an item, there was nothing to show the starting price and the actual price of the available items was excessively higher. It looks like click bait in hopes the consumer will not pay attention to what they are being charged. If you did not know that, you do now and the expectations it to get it fixed.
