Very frustrated. I've ordered a dock ladder. Still hasn't arrived. No notifications on when its coming. Its holding up use of my do knamd access to the water. Summer is here and dont habe access to the lake swimming on a brand new dock. They seem to habe afs everywhere I look but never any info on the product I ordered. Also keep seeing ads for the item I ordered and now its saying backordered. Yet I habent heard anything from the company. Very frustrating and disappointing
