I ordered the 10’ island hopper trampoline, and was charged $300 for delivery, which was supposed to be delivered by LTL. But FedEx delivered the item along with all the other items that were free shipping. Also, I ordered two airhead chairs. One of the pad has already ripped off and the second one is starting too. I have used them three times. The quality of the items this company sells is terrible. I spent $2600 at this and will never recommend this company to any of my friends or anyone else. Reached out to the customer service department who told me there was nothing they could do about the shipping costs. Also, there was nothing they could do about the airhead chairs ripping since they were opened the customer services with this company is horrible. Next time I will just order from Amazon as they at least take care of their customers. The taste that was left in my mouth from this experience makes me wonder how this company has stayed in business this long. And I will never order anything from them again.

I ordered the dockmate dock Edging and the quality upon opening the first box was abhorrent. Let it sit in the sun to stretch for 2 days and it still is all kinked and deformed. Not a very good product. Would cost more to ship 5 full boxes back that its worth. Not a happy camper.
