Love the products . The only complaint is I have ordered many times and the last 4 purchases I was supposed to get free stuff Nothing Not One Free Item . Come on when you say buy this much stuff and get free package of goodies and Nothing arrives but the stuff I paid is frustrating. I started looking into other products from other companies because of this. Origins You Can Do Better than This.

I love origins products and have been using them for over 10 years, but I do not like to new design of the containers for the Ginzeng Eye Cream. It is difficult and annoying to ge the product out becuase of the ridges on top and the shape of the container.

i prefer to buy my Origins in the Nordstroms or other big shopping stores that have their own area where I can see and try different products. I Clearwater there was a woman who worked at the Origins counter in Dillards. She was great and gave me many samples and told me about specials coming up by text. It was in the Clearwater Mall. I went last December and the Origins counter was no longer there.I was really disappointed.

At first I was on the American confusing. Once in the Canadian site it was recognizing my account. When I was trying to pay, it wouldn’t let me do so. I still don’t understand why. I had to exit & do it all over again.I seem to be allergic to many products and appreciate your “ clean “ products. I wish they were more effective & were not so expensive.

Everything was great except the website says I have no online purchase history but I definitely do. Also, they do promote 'free samples every order' but I have not received free samples either time I have ordered. I presume because I order when they have a price reduction event otherwise I can't afford the products. But, I might be inclined to buy more if they did provide samples of products I haven't tried yet because - I have loved every one of their products I have ever tried!

The website was stuck on “checkout” and wouldn’t keep the process moving. I refreshed and it kicked back in. Could have been something outside of Origins. I continued to keep pressing checkout as I LOVE your stuff!

I'm from Canada, and I went through signing up to be a member and all the hoops, only to get to your checkout to realize you have separate US and Canadian sites! So I had to do it all over again for the .ca site (most modern websites are just one site and they can detect where you are located). And I was very frustrated to discover, the sets I'd picked out on the .com weren't available on the .ca site! And the .com site let me choose my free gifts. (And a couple of the items on the .ca are out of stock and I'm waiting on them now...understandable if Canada has different storage, but still, moving to the .ca site was one disappointment after another). I still went ahead with my purchase through the .ca site. No complaints about the products as I haven't received them, but I have used them in the past (purchased through another supplier).

This is probably the worst site I have ever used with respect to actually checking out and purchasing the products, bar none! I’ve been ordering for years and it’s always a nightmare! Also I had forgotten my password and clicked the icon that I forgot but never received the email to change the password and yet, as soon as I ordered as a guest I received a “welcome email” and still no link to change my password. Also on ordering, no option came up to select the 4 mini items to add so I will receive a cosmetics bag with nothing in it!!

I ordered thought I'd Plantscription Youth cream and got a sunscreen product I didn't know existed. Packaging has changed when it didn't need to. It's harder to differentiate between the products now. It's not easy to find or let alone purchase the Ginger Rush anymore, so I have to do without. The Ginger Souffle has a charcoal after smell and is too 'thin' for my skin type.
