I'm from Canada, and I went through signing up to be a member and all the hoops, only to get to your checkout to realize you have separate US and Canadian sites! So I had to do it all over again for the .ca site (most modern websites are just one site and they can detect where you are located). And I was very frustrated to discover, the sets I'd picked out on the .com weren't available on the .ca site! And the .com site let me choose my free gifts. (And a couple of the items on the .ca are out of stock and I'm waiting on them now...understandable if Canada has different storage, but still, moving to the .ca site was one disappointment after another). I still went ahead with my purchase through the .ca site. No complaints about the products as I haven't received them, but I have used them in the past (purchased through another supplier).

This is probably the worst site I have ever used with respect to actually checking out and purchasing the products, bar none! I’ve been ordering for years and it’s always a nightmare! Also I had forgotten my password and clicked the icon that I forgot but never received the email to change the password and yet, as soon as I ordered as a guest I received a “welcome email” and still no link to change my password. Also on ordering, no option came up to select the 4 mini items to add so I will receive a cosmetics bag with nothing in it!!

I ordered thought I'd Plantscription Youth cream and got a sunscreen product I didn't know existed. Packaging has changed when it didn't need to. It's harder to differentiate between the products now. It's not easy to find or let alone purchase the Ginger Rush anymore, so I have to do without. The Ginger Souffle has a charcoal after smell and is too 'thin' for my skin type.

A few years ago Origins decided to discontinue few products. I was not impressed with that decision because no notice was giving to your customers. I’ve never found a product like the one you were making. I barely buy from you anymore because your current selection doesn’t meet my needs

Love the product. Gives light even coverage. The only thing I would change regarding the tracking of my order is, it wasn't possible to see where the order is at each step of the shipping process. For example: Item ready for shipping, item picked up by courier, etc. Not highly important, but would be an improvement from "will arrive in 5 business days"
