I have never had a bad experience ordering from origins and I have been using these products for 10+ years. As I am coming up on age 49, people often think I and closer to late 30s so these products remain my go to.

I ordered thought I'd Plantscription Youth cream and got a sunscreen product I didn't know existed. Packaging has changed when it didn't need to. It's harder to differentiate between the products now. It's not easy to find or let alone purchase the Ginger Rush anymore, so I have to do without. The Ginger Souffle has a charcoal after smell and is too 'thin' for my skin type.

A few years ago Origins decided to discontinue few products. I was not impressed with that decision because no notice was giving to your customers. I’ve never found a product like the one you were making. I barely buy from you anymore because your current selection doesn’t meet my needs

The only thing I noticed is that when I had put in all my details to pay, I realized I forgot a cream and couldn't go back to include it in my order. So I had to make a separate purchase and didn't get a free item with this purchase.

Love the product. Gives light even coverage. The only thing I would change regarding the tracking of my order is, it wasn't possible to see where the order is at each step of the shipping process. For example: Item ready for shipping, item picked up by courier, etc. Not highly important, but would be an improvement from "will arrive in 5 business days"

It’s not easy to navigate through the website because it forces me to choose a category instead of taking me to the selections straight away. There is also a 20 secs delay when I click on a function to get a response—only on this website.

Treated myself due to the exceptional promotion at the time of my purchase. Origins is a terrific line that I have used for many years. I cannot afford to maintain the way I would like to so when a good deal pops up I splurge. I don’t typically order on line but the Bay Queen Street is no longer available to me.

Love your products but ever time I come online to shop you have discontinued another of my beloved products - no! This time it was White Tea line. I love my trusted products. I’m not a fan of the smell of some of the newer products and they are stickier on the face. Hope you are keeping some of the classics around please!!

The website is easy to use. Prices are the same or cheaper than buying from local vendors who carry your product. I bought an advent calendar last year. Although the price was good, some of the products must have been past their best before date. They actually smelled a little rancid. That is not the usual though. I’ve been buying the tinted sunscreen for a few years now. I’m loving it! Again, I did get one tube that seemed to be separated. I took it back to Sephora and received a replacement. That was much easier than if I had to ship it back to Origins and wait for a response.
